There is some concern that in solar system colonies phosphorus could be life's bottleneck. Some theorize that the dear departed might have to have their bodies smelted to recover critical chemical elements.

In the Traveller RPG, the blazon of the Galactic Empire is a stylized sun. One of the warships is the "Broadsword" class mercenary cruiser.
I made a picture of it, and emblazoned it with the Trek Terran Empire symbol with the Traveller sun.

Instead of brads, find a craft store that caters to scrapbook crafters and get some eyelets, the appropriate eyelet punch and an eyelet anvil. You want a punch that is tool used with a hammer, not the kind integral to a something like pliers
