Dunno...maybe making it a bit more casual like being in a sofa? Imagine a torso in a sofa struggling around cuz can't get out or tell it's owner it wants to get out of the sofa.

Why don't you to something like a headless torso struggling around? Maybe make it do some muffled noises.
