My husband has the IgG lamda version of MM, dx in 2018, heavy duty VRD put him in remission for 6 years, no SCT or maintenance. Marker numbers started creeping up, so he just finished another round of treatment with darzalex and pomalyst, with good results. On monthly maintenance with darzalex now.
