#Playwright, #Photographer and Cultural Curator. I bring hidden stories to the stage, with a passion for amplifying lesser-known African American history and legacies.

When these holidays are minimized or ignored, it perpetuates a false, one-dimensional narrative of American history that centers on whiteness. This denial of history makes it harder for the U.S. to reckon with its legacy of slavery, segregation, and systemic racism.
