As a veteran, this is why I was never comfortable with people in the military being called heros or even being thanked for our service. Most people in the military are not even particularly patriotic, just making economic decisions. In this case, following bad orders to keep out of trouble.

Yeah, but their value has levels. You'd trade the last 4 for Maxey by himself. Their real value is contract related. If you are able to get a playoff contributor in a rookie contract, then you are golden, after that, if they are paid fairly, you can replace their production w/ similarly paid player
