Spreadsheet season is looking dire for the first month, folks. Losing St. Francis Brooklyn and spurning St. John's and Columbia due to administrative issues (different administrative issues) is really fucking with my ability to get to weeknight games. #ncaaw #wcbb

The aforementioned 2007 WNBA All-Star Game media credential, issued to Rebecca Lobo in her capacity working for ESPN/ABC. It has a barcode and a photo of her. The photo is her Liberty team headshot, because why would this league get a *good* picture of someone. Fun fact: she went into federal contracting! I know this because I corresponded with her about cards! Penny'd never gotten her own cards, so I sent her one of every card I had of hers. I also sent one asking if she'd be willing to sign it, but that giving her the cards wasn't conditioned on that.

to start: 2000 Dominion is one of the best W card sets ever, IMO. Clean design (so many of these look SO GOOD autographed), deep roster, low price point- what's not to love?
The base version of the Becky Hammon Dominion Extra posted elsewhere in OP's thread, only this one is against the backdrop of a black IBM Thinkpad and has an autograph in black ink at the bottom. "Becky" is pretty clear, but the second half of "Hammon" sort of merges into the number 25.

Sandy, a lucky shiny Kangaskhan. Look, have you ever seen a kangaroo? This one is slightly green. Sometimes you have to lean into the stereotypes. Marine, a best buddy Smeargle, who exists in the liminal space between "returner" and "newcomer". I could say Smeargle is because of her limitless creativity and flair. but it's because of the beret. Berets are French. Neah, a lucky Roselia (plant-like Pokemon, roses for hands, thorns for crown). She didn't make the opening day roster, but we have a bunch of people going to Eurobasket and also it's not going to take me five months to best buddy three Pokemon.
