But if you’re looking for sustainable fat loss that lasts beyond one season, you’ll probably want to eat carbs and fat, drink occasionally, and not be subjected to some dumb list of “banned” foods.

It’s easy to blame ONE thing for fat gain. Carbs are the usual suspect.

And when you cut out all of that ONE thing, you’ll probably lose weight for a short while...simply because you’re eating less overall.
