2. It would be really easy for Mamdani to come out and say “Globalize the intifada is not appropriate and I encourage my supporters not to use it.”

He was backed by Bernie, AOC and the UAW. He was the underdog and ran a great campaign. His win is a credit to the Democratic parties openness.

I read the Princeton one. Small sample size and the 5 year timeline is limiting, but deff interesting. There needs to be more research done.
