Basically, the New York State Association of Realtors, Bohemia Realty Group, Bond New York, and four other entities joined REBNY as plaintiffs, saying the FARE Act violates the plaintiffs’ right to free commercial speech under the U.S. Constitution. I reached out to @chiosse.bsky.social camp.
