She’s extremely helpful. Thankfully the rules only include getting help from technology and people, not cats, so I should be safe!

You work best when your basic needs are met. It’s not selfish, it’s long term efficiency. We live in a high stress society so we are more likely to develop illness, take care of yourself, give yourself time to heal, rest and recover when you can.

Everyone needs varying amounts of sleep, some people may feel best with 6 hours and others may feel best with 12. Some may sleep all in one go, some may have naps or sleep in 2 blocks.
Don’t feel you need to have exactly 8 hours uninterrupted. Do what’s best for you.

Normally Raven is very graceful and only leaves small scratches if any but this time she left some rather impressive (not really painful) punctures.
