in my home town theres this specific streetlamp that would often go out when i walked underneath it. my friends said it never happened when i wasnt there. one time i was telling someone abt it when we were in the area, i pointed out the lamp and ran & jumped at it and it immediately went out

am i reading the circle chart wrong? both of these charts are placidus, it looks like my capricorn is in 4th house but the column style says 5th house. this is kinda where its been difficult learning to read the circle charts for me >_<
