My mom has endured so much: experienced enduring daily abuse by her entire family up until her 20s, traversed the seas to escape Vietnam, repeated the cycle with my father (having three children with an alcoholic), & then her body developed hereditary spasticity paralegia

This is essentially what I’m interested in! I’m healing from C-PTSD and will be attending a retreat with Buddhist philosophies this month. Awesome to see the collective on BlueSky!
