今調べてみたのですが、NHK(国営放送)の放送用語ルールとしては話や表現に対しては「硬い表現」「話が硬い」みたいに硬いを使うと定義しているみたいです。新聞でも同様と書かれているので、多分硬いが正解だと思います。

しかし、この中で
（注）「固・堅・硬」のいずれにするか迷ったときは，
「固」を使う。
とも書かれていますので、固いと書いても間違いというわけではないみたいです。

でも実は日本人でもこういうのは間違いやすいので、まちがえても全然気にしないでください！ ^o^

Hi, the passwords aren't stored as a plain text. They're all fully encrypted on the server and database. The password you entered would be sent to your email address only the moment you registered. (Nyan-8 doesn't save emails so the raw password won't be saved anywhere other than your email message)
