as one works on coloring film, it’s easy to see that this too is a political choice of who — at the most basic level— matters in the frame.
should their life be that of fantasy (softer frame) or hardened (sharper lines)? should we embrace the flaws of age and time or use modern tools to erase them?

Same with my editing, I want to move diff I love my style but I’m inspired to elevate and dig deeper to impress myself - all around I just feel like a chess piece being lifted to the next move. Everything is up in the air rn but I can see the drop, I can gage my landing and it is glorious
