There’s ofc a lot of discrimination right now in the job market & ofc it’s only going to get worse. So, leave any true personal info, to when you do your paperwork when you get hired. I promise it is OKAY to do this. You got this babe!!! 💞

Hi love bug🌸 6 year Recruiter turned Career Coach and Resume Writer. On your resume, put your preferred name and leave out the legal name. Your application is not a legal document. Your background check is. It’s no one’s business but yours to know that information. Same with gender.

Clients of mine who don’t network end up taking double the time to find a job vs the ones who do. LinkedIn groups/linkedin events, friends/family, old colleagues ask every1. It’s nerve racking at 1st but you’ve got to put yourself out there. You got this though & give yourself grace hun!🌸
