Got out to check out some old growth stands at the H.J. Andrews and the McKenzie Land Trust Stage 8 restoration site on our final day of #NWSA2025. Really neat to tie in all the great PNW forest talks from the meeting with some time out actually in the field.

UPDATE: Student grant application deadline has been extended to February 14th! We are still accepting abstract submissions for our annual meeting in Eugene, and the deadline for submission is February 21st. Follow the link below for more info and submission details.

David G. Lewis will present his Plenary talk 'Reconstructing Kalapuyan Lifeways' on Tuesday, March 18th. Native students, scholars, and Tribal land managers interested in participating in the following session, 'Tribes' Lands and Waters', please submit an abstract under the special session title.
