My line when people ask me how I’m doing often includes:
“another week (day/month depending on context), another diagnosis”!

Yes! Presorted for two weeks when I have the energy (& as recently learned-ability to sort correctly 🫣). Alarms set for times even those with meals, which I also have alarms for…..yet I still miss some. ALL sense of time lost?!
