Arsenal, F1, Music, Being pedantic. And hopefully less cynical here than in the old place!
My Yorkie would approve. Though she, in particular, hates the tone of the classic British phone. You don't realize how much Endeavour relies on ringing phones for "office clutter" ambience until you have the world's loudest auto-answer machine sat on your lap 😅

Sometimes this world reminds you that a random person can, for one moment, be brilliant lol

Loooooooooollll

It certainly helps that he's really effing good at driving
a race car, but they definitely circle the wagons in that team around their star driver to the detriment of their teammate. Always have since Seb arrived

Yeah but he had a 91 potential rating in FIFA 19 so.....🤷🏻‍♂️😜

Next season should be EPIC. could be 4 title contending teams, and as many as 7 drivers (we just assume at this point Max's teammate isn't allowed to fight on the same turf lol)

I think, and granted this can change because of the Piranha Club that F1 is, that their mutual respect for eachother is as strong as it can be for 2 genuine Alphas about to share the same team.

I think they largely work together with a few on track flashpoints because they both race hard but fair

He will be psychologically free to be himself again. Charles Leclerc may be the most talented driver on the grid, so it won't be a cakewalk, but he's WAY more a team player than George

Hes still at Mercedes, where he was when he became victim of the greatest injustice in F1 history, and the utter dog shit cars they've built for him did little to soothe that pain.

Add in George, a politician as much as a driver, who has wrestled the team focus away, hes SO over it all.
December 3, 2024 at 5:09 PM
Hes going to be more himself again! The Ferrari is more tactile than the Mercedes, it rides the kerbs better, it is more manipulatable, has a wider working window, and is proven to work for 2 different style drivers already.

Hes in a weird psychological place for the last 3 years...

Lol true haha
December 3, 2024 at 5:06 PM
Oh i see, it's like that then!?!?!? 😅
