Picked up our new Stihl MSA 220C battery powered chainsaw today. Thanks to Steve from Northern Turf Equipment. Great people to deal with. Also thanks to Trans Canada Trail's Trail Care Grant for providing the funds to purchase it. Looking forward to using it for our upcoming trail projects.

📢 Big news! We’re a proud recipient of the #TrailCare25 grant! With support from Trans Canada Trail, we’re rolling up our sleeves to care for, and expand our local trails. This grant will be used to purchase a battery powered chainsaw, which will also help us to reduce our carbon footprint.

On Tuesday we presented Oliver-Paipoonge Township with another proposal regarding a designated trail through the township. We remain hopeful, given the support we have received from other municipalities, they will reverse course and support it. This would help immensely in #ClosingTheGap
