Do you play Immaculate Grid?

dang how do I get a girlfriend who’s into outliers?

Can I ask who that was? None of them seemed memorable to me, but I’m sure I didn’t have all of them.
March 14, 2025 at 3:25 PM
Why do you say that?

That’s why you need to be running at LEAST 50 pots concurrently to make a rice dish efficiently. That’s why only celebrities can afford to eat rice: gotta be able to employ dozens of chefs.

Have you tested these (especially the Carlinkit mini SE) with iPhone 16 models? Carlinkit 4 and 5 don’t work well with the latest iPhones.

Yeah, I use an HDHomeRun along with Channels for OTA stuff (or Plex if I need to watch OTA when I’m not home).

NHL is most important, but mostly for one team. I also like NFL and NCAAF generally, so I’ll watch almost any good game but don’t mind missing some. Then I’ll watch other big events like the World Cup, Olympics, Indy 500, some March Madness.
January 18, 2025 at 3:55 PM
Like you, I don’t live in my favorite NHL team’s viewing area. It’s very expensive and confusing to find every game my favorite team plays. Honestly, it’s easier (and way cheaper!) to watch the games illegally.

I’m just hopeful that someday there’s a service that shows all the sports I want, without blackouts or needing multiple subscriptions and multiple apps. Even with this, sports are often on other channels like NBC or CBS. Can I trust that all of ESPN+ will get rolled into MySports like they claim?
January 18, 2025 at 3:07 PM
I was expecting you to talk about DirecTV MySports. Did that news come out after your recorded the episode?

Of course you should buy those three products, but I guess you’re on your own for the other 362 days.

The stuff trending seems to be misinformation.

Every month of the year, the average daily high and low air temperatures in Seoul (where LG is headquartered) are within 1°C of the average daily high and low temperatures where I live.
January 7, 2025 at 3:39 AM
Many people do dumb things, and they should stop doing those things. Sleep scientists tell us to *lower* the temperature in the bedroom at night to sleep better. And asthma scientists know it’s the low humidity that causes coughing, and heating the air will only make it worse.
January 7, 2025 at 3:30 AM
For winter asthma, researchers once believed that the coldness was the trigger. But newer research indicates that the dryness is the culprit. Heating the air more would just make the relative humidity lower (even drier). And where LG is from, raising the temperature ten degrees would be sweltering.

This study was originally published in October 2020. Because it’s been a while, I wonder if the trends have continued. If we don’t know, it’s probably better to say, “Younger people *were* rapidly losing faith in democracy.”

I bet Lalonde is so mad at himself for forgetting to ask the team to play harder.

Yes, that’s the expected behavior.

My guess is the Plebeian Sphinx Moth (Paratrea plebeja), also known as the Trumpet Vine Moth. I found it on caterpillaridentification.org
