So by this logic, the shutdown will never end. They cant meet while the government is closed so how would they vote to reopen it?

Can't wait for police raids to be added to exclusions. They already deny liability when very clearly at fault for accidents. My company has an open lawsuit claim, for the death of a motorcycle cop. He was involved in a police chase, and crashed. But its somehow our guys fault.
