I fear there aren’t enough of us.

It can’t be incomplete because the ball didn’t touch the ground, but I agree that it’s a catch. No matter what, I can’t believe the NFL didn’t give it a full review process. Their quickie review is fine for a lot of plays, but not in this situation.

I don’t expect him to come back for only a one-year extension, and if that’s the case, the organization needs to be prepared to go in a different direction. They cannot commit multiple years to this when there is no evidence he can fix the issues.

I don’t see LaFleur coming back to coach the last year of his contract or even agreeing to a one year extension. My concern would be if Policy gives him an extension when it’s a complete unknown if he can fix the issues that have plagued his tenure in Green Bay.

I would add softness on the offensive line and consistently terrible special teams as persistent handcuffs, too.

He is a good coach and will definitely be hired quickly, but his inability to win in the playoffs, to be better than the 7th seed, to fix the special teams issues that have plagued his teams, etc should have him out as coach in Green Bay.

LaFleur has to go. His teams have no ability to put the opponent away and his special teams are always terrible despite being on his third special teams coordinators.

LaFleur has had three special teams coordinators and it never gets better. It’s him as much as them.

LaFleur should absolutely be fired. Not just for this game but for the overall mediocrity that has infected his entire program.

Hopefully that means we get a new microbrew next week!

You’re right… the way the rules were written… essentially assuming the top four ranked conference champs would be from the four power conferences were the problem that allowed two group of 5 teams in. I forgot about that. Either way, they overrated Tulane all season.

I do not understand why that loss didn’t drop Tulane further. The committee seems to love to search for evidence to confirm their prior opinions of teams. Notre Dame should have been in and Tulane shouldn’t have been a consideration.

Slugging would obviously help, but the Brewers just aren’t hitting the ball. If they can’t make contact (which 30 K’s through three games would suggest), it really doesn’t matter if they have power.
Obviously, the Dodgers have very talented pitchers, but being outhit 23 to 9 is just bad.

I understand adding Myers for length, but I am a little surprised they went with Anderson over Mears, though. I assumed Mears was higher on the trust tree, but I guess not.
