Also, this seems more like a shaped charge, meant to go off very close to target. I believe EFPs have hevier lining at slightly different angle to create a slug that's effective to tens of meters. Same basic principle though.

It's a stand-of piece. EFPs need some room for the projectile to form. I'm guessing this is for a disposable drone, they seem to usually have metal wires in from of them, presumably closing a circuit on contact.
