Made a fun Valentine’s dinner for the gf of Crab Cakes in beurre blanc sauce (unfortunately sauce broke 😒), broccoli topped with a bechamel cheese made with a steakhouse flavored cheddar, and of course some rice.

I took some leftover dough when I made a pretzel crust pizza and decided to make pretzel garlic knots

My chicken and waffles breakfast this morning

This was dinner last night Corned Beef, Shredded Carolina Reaper Cheddar Cheese, jalapeños, horseradish sauce, and sriracha.

Talking with my gf, we came up with the idea of a grilled cheese made up of two pieces of “eggs in a basket” though she calls them “toad in a hole”. (Also turns out there are a billion name variations to that dish.) I used the Great Value Carolina Reaper shredded cheese, which btw is incredible!
