Maybe? There’s the guy who chopped his wife up into pieces and disposed of her body around the state. Proctor is the lead investigator, or sorry whatever the new tittle is, on that one also, and there’s concern that investigation is going to be another cluster.

If you are flying from Puerto Rico to the continental US, there are a bunch of organizations to help. They also fly puppies and kittens from several non-US islands. We flew cats from Aruba to US and it was an amazing experience!
