Volvo shares a lot with Geely, Chinese. Canada could strike working relationships with other brands to share costs....but the Canadian market is too small and too far located from other major markets.

I've been saying for years, invest in the winners. The US big three, now two are not competitive. Never will be.

Don't listen to thr chronicle, they can't afford to do proper journalism. This isn't about a future revenue stream, the guy is already rich. It's all about understanding how maga and conservatives use podcasts to reach and influence voters. Dems are ridiculously awful at all communication so kudos.

Oh @peterhartlaub.bsky.social, this is terrible journalism, and why exactly does SF Chronicle not open opinion pieces up to commentary? Gutless. The right wing media gets it right. They're calling out Newsom as training for the presidency by getting into podcasts. Dems suck as comms. Good for him.
