✨ "Oh, I’m so sorry..." ✨ Ever heard this after sharing your child’s neurodivergent diagnosis? Let’s shift the narrative - it’s not a tragedy—it’s a roadmap. Instead of sympathy, try: “That’s great—now you have more insight into what helps them thrive!” 💡 #Neurodiversity

Overlooked girls?
🚨 ADHD in girls often looks like daydreaming, anxiety & perfectionism—not hyperactivity. Too many go undiagnosed & unsupported. They’re not "lazy"—they’re neurodivergent & need understanding.

We shouldn’t punish or shame children for struggling with social norms like small talk or eye contact. These things don’t define kindness, intelligence or worth. Not many children know exactly what to say in a conversation. Not every child finds eye contact easy. And that’s fine 💙

Can we rethink the SEN label? It’s tied to struggle and being a problem. But the issue isn’t our children—it’s an education system that demands they fit in.
