My sweet little 13 yr old bunny girl has bilateral cataracts so she doesn't see as well anymore. I put up some Christmas lights to brighten her days and she loves looking at them. Love her so much❤️❤️❤️

According to JD Vance, the difference between past Middle Eastern wars the US has been involved in and this new war is that "now we have a smart President." I don't think a smart President would get us involved in a war in which we don't belong. We DO NOT have allies and Iran will retaliate

You can't fire someone for "poor performance" without identifying the specific aspect of the performance that is poor. You also need to produce visible evidence of a trend of poor performance and proof that actions were taken to help employee improve & demonstrate performance over an period of time
