I’m working an incentive shift tomorrow and they said they’re providing lunch (because it will be chaos I guess) and now I have preshift anxiety the night before 😤

My 8 year old sobbing crying because 2 baby birds got into the koi pond and drowned 😭
Unbeknownst to me, we have a bird nest under our deck. I moved a chair and startled them and they flew the coop!
Idk if they were ready, they fluttered around the yard. Then 2 of the 5 tried swimming and 💀
