Regarding housing, Yoshida says they are in the final stages of updates to the system, but will need until Patch 7.5 to implement them. The planned changes are rather CPU-intensive so they need to proceed carefully.

i'm really looking forward to the command panel, my (non-combat) hotbar setup is SO MESSY, i've actually been thinking of reorganizing it again... this might be able to help with that lol

personally i liked working with the gear restrictions when making certain glams when i was in the free trial (though lately i sometimes gravitate towards the lvl 1 glam pieces...)

still, this is big, and this means that people can get even more creative with glams
