Defying a court order and then putting the court on notice that they intend to keep doing it anyway, regardless of what even the Supreme Court rules? Sounds like declaring war on the judiciary. Absolutely ludicrous! The SC can eviscerate the privilege it previously granted in a 🫰 for abusing it.

And then today, Dellinger decided to throw in the towel and NOT appeal to the Supreme Court. Even though he had a fighting chance, and nothing to lose. Just gave up. No longer willing to preserve, protect and defend our Constitution.
And that is how we lose our democracy.
