Here's the point: this time Musk's engineers screwed up and revealed the disinformation operation. What about all the times people don't get caught?

Kacsmaryk appears to have ruled today against requests to decide the case without trial, but that order is now sealed, per Reuters. There is, however, the order above setting the trial for April 16, 2024, which is public.
