I totally agree! Anti-DEI and “woke”. I’ve often wondered if they realize how ridiculous it sounds insulting someone for being “woke”, they prefer sleep-walking through life?? Of course I guess they do with being okay with their “leader” sleeping through events & meetings on the world stage.

I recently retired from a 6 campus community college in Tarrant County (60K+ students). They were wiping out any DEI language before I left. In the contract pages of “threats” on contracts ending if any specific DEI actions. Since I’ve left, all cultural events have been cancelled!! Much more too!

As a Native, Comanche, this disgustes me. We just had an official acceptance for it to be acknowledged as Indigenous People’s Day in Fort Worth, TX last year. Wondering how they will handle this one.

Was so hard getting set up, started last summer, had to make a change & didn’t get clarity for 6 mos. Now received 2 pymnt, & owed over $1K for Medicare I had to pay. Have no idea IF & WHEN I’ll get $$ back, it’s at least a 2 hour hold to talk with someone, did it twice, I have to wait. Now this!
