Time will always be finite, no matter how much we try to put it off or increase it.

You don't need to rush things, it's all coming at you just the same.
Take your time, see the sights, and enjoy yourself.

annoying. Eating's become a chore. It just takes time out of your day, so you ask your workers to feed you as well when you go through time.

Now going to the bathroom, showering is a waste of time.

Sleeping is a waste of time.

You'll always feel rushed when you know how long one grain of sand is.

You just want to get to the parts where you can relax and indulge in your desires.

You can hire people to do those chores for you. There, now you can skip time without worrying about menial tasks. You can focus on your hobbies.

But, naturally, even little things are—

Get into bitcoin early, make a shit ton of money...
You can live comfortably like that. But, you'll still age.
You'll deteriorate.

Things can only happen if you do them. Skipping time won't clean a messy room or do work for you, you still have to do that.
And while doing that, you'll feel it.
