RURAL LIFE: Driving to go grocery shopping is healing. I don’t think we get a single stop light on this route until we are 13 miles away from home.
We pass many agricultural fields and farms - some with sheep, cows or horses. Most are just crops.

We cancelled Carrie Underwood right out of every playlist. She isn’t the woman with that heart of compassion for everyone that we thought she was. Instead, she is celebrating felon Trump and all he stands for at his inauguration.

I just spent $6.95 more to subscribe to @motherjones.com (digital and print magazine) through Bluesky, than I would have if I had subscribed through a Facebook ad that I just saw over there.
While I wish the prices were the same here, (*hint hint*) it was still worth it.

I am shocked that Lori signed off on this, until I remembered that she is Trump’s nominee for Dept of Labor Secretary.
She is my rep and our district is poor and has many struggling seniors (like myself). I even wrote her last month asking her to PLEASE fight against Medicare cuts. Bet she won’t 😭
