I recently started HRT. The most shocking thing to me wasn’t the reversal of the dry skin or mood swings, it was the elimination of chronic hip pain. I was doing weekly therapeutic massage to manage it. Within 3 days of starting HRT the pain was gone. 7 years of weekly massage instead of a patch 😡
