Games aren't thay complicated. Almost anyone that commits to improving in them can absolutely climb. The thing is, why bother? So teambased matchmaking can screw you harder? Never try to improve, face enemies on your l on your level, and maximise zen enjoyment by never thinking at all.

Convicted felons have always been allowed to run by design. It's a safeguard against dictators from using corrupt courts to simply convict everyone that ever runs against them.

Fo sho. My favourite fangame for example, Super Eevee Edition, goes harder than a David Lynch film. I wouldn't have understood it at all if I played it as a kid.

I'm reminded of the quote "how you do anything is how you do everything". Just the simple reframe of thinking of tedious chopping as an opportunity to further develop knife skillz makes it instantly more enjoyable
