To anyone who thinks ADHDers don’t need stimulant meds if they can get work done without them. Without meds, you’re likely reaching for any thought or emotion that motivates you to get things done. These are rarely positive feelings, and will quickly take their toll on you. #ADHD #StimulantShortage
