RAHHHH I’ve been living in the southern part of the US for a long time, I love colder weather but I’d have to seriously bundle up 😂 Would love to visit sometime though!

We hear so much more about bacteria that can cause disease more than the neutral/beneficial bacteria that inhabit us. Would love to sit down and listen to that talk sometime too!

They really are interesting little entities in our world. I’m especially curious about some microorganisms’ niche/function contributing to the microbiomes in our guts! (thank you probiotics, blessed be lactobascillus plantarum 4ever)

OHHH that makes sense! Figuring out applications for broth vs. solid WOULD be helpful. Did a stint of research one summer in a microbio lab years ago, I should’ve known this information already 😂 Thank you for explaining!
