One other important feature of the Algorand blockchain its built assets called ASAs (Algorand Standard Assets).
On other chains, you have to write complex smart contract to create your own currency/token/certificates/etc.
Not on Algorand. They all follow the same protocol rules. Easy peasy.

It has instant finality, which means once a transaction is processed in a block (~2.8sec), it cannot be reverted.
That might sound like a given (the db shouldn't rollback, duh!), but most blockchain still run on "probabilistic finality".
