Trader Joe’s Lamb Vindaloo just roundhouse-kicked my taste buds. Spicy, rich, tender lamb on floral basmati rice—like eating a Bollywood action scene. $4.49 for a trip to South India in a box. 9/10, only missing a mango lassi and a second helping.

Kevin’s Orange Chicken: healthy, quick, and the sauce slaps—but the chicken? Total jerky. Veggies are solid, rice a bit undercooked, and the whole thing needs a splash of soy. 7/10 overall. $5.99 is steep, but it won’t wreck your stomach or your afternoon.
