This thread is sort of... not cohesive, I'm sorry. Just... how am I supposed to come to terms with the fact that if I wanna make it I am forced to inadvertently support those horrible things. It feels disgusting.

Like if I want even a shot on Twitter, allegedly, I am forced to pay the man for a checkmark. Otherwise I'm probably never leaving whatever algo jail I'm in over there. I'm not a bad person. I don't support any of what those people stand for, no one should!

So I just... I don't really know what to do. Or how to articulate any of this. It's not something I'm good at discussing.

But I guess... I don't understand what we're supposed to do. We have to use these platforms, but now all these platforms are spreading some of the most heinous stuff.

But it feels so gross and I have been stressed about it. When we use the sites we are supporting those people whether we want to admit that or not. No matter how you slice it, they're giving money to that man. And... they have to, right? Because that's our only option for discovery. Social media.

But after today, like.. all social media except here is now owned by those fucking people. On Twitter, a lot of people are still paying for their checkmark even after today's totally "innocent hand gesture." And I get it. As a content creator we are obligated to use these platforms.

I think I'd love to see more lore! I love learning about characters.

The other, a demi-cryptid mothgirl of sorts (no wings cause overpowered maybe haha), is unnamed but I've been using Annie as a placeholder lol. She was born into the Wise Mothman cult and seems very friendly and curious. Seems to have lots of knowledge regarding herbs and how to use them.

In Fallout76 I have two characters!

One is "Darling" who was born in Vault 8/Vault City and acts as a medic type. She's been travelling for a long while to try and help other Wastelanders.
