And that's the problem. You "hear what you hear" and don't bother looking it up to see if it's true or not, you just assume it is, despite it being on Twitter, misinformation central.

Never happened, he never said that. There's a post where he said something similar about live action stuff (aka casting black people to play black characters and not just cast a white guy in black face), but for some reason people assumed he was talking about voice acting.
