Not sure how old I am in this pic. But in the 80s, at 13, I typed my first novel on an old typewriter & sent it off with pocket money. Only @penguinukbooks wrote back, cheering my courage. Decades later, I’m here again, tea in hand, chasing that fearless kid’s joy.
