I was last there about 30 years ago, but there is a church next to the bombed out church, never rebuilt from WW 2, with high walls made of blue stained glass. On a sunny day, the imside was filled with a pure blue light that was so peaceful and wonderful.

Here I have frogs that sound like sheep bleating, or at least during what I assume is mating season since they are all quiet now after 3 days; but no longer have tree frogs who are loud all year long

I am moving in about 10 days from a house I lived in for 18 years, so I very much appreciate this post. It's a happy move but still, it's hard to give up the idea of permanence in this world.
