He could pay people who are good at things. He had a great PR team a few years ago. They made him look like a sane, likeable person. As long as he stayed on message. We saw how that turned out.
He has a history of firing people who say things he doesn't like. No matter how good at their job they are

Nobody will win over a judge based on conjecture, and hearsay. Which is all we really have.
I would personally be shocked to learn that the election wasn't rigged, but there's a difference between what's obvious and what's provable in court.
Then there's the matter of who pays for it.

Recounts are more complicated than most people realize.
First, there's the issue of whether it's close enough to warrant recount in the first place. If automatic recount criteria are not met someone has to sue one, and they have to provide tangible evidence to support their case.

I think it was the CEO. He said, "if you raised the price of the hot dog, I will fucking kill you," in a board meeting. Costco is one of the only places that I can get lunch for a family of five for less than $20.

When people feel safe at their jobs they do them better, and they are more likely to stay. Low turnover and high productivity mean more profits. More profit is good for the stock price.
