Trafford on a loan with an obligation would be smart business. Dubz and Vlach clearly not up to the task and #NUFC are a Pope injury away from dropping a load of points throughout the season. England U21 regular with a high ceiling, also keeps budget intact for hopefully first XI signings this week

- Ball strikes the arm VAR correct
- We will sign at least a CB this week prob Guehi

Call me skeptical, but the narrative in the media of Trippier “wanting” to leave and Howe “wanting” him to stay is good for maximising a sale price (or loan with obligation to buy).

We’ll take the 3 points, the lads pulled together and fought hard. Craig Pawson had a shocker, he allowed some out of control challenges by them, which boiled over and led to Schar’s reaction (even though he should’ve controlled himself). The ref is to blame more than VAR though imo #NUFC

Heard some really sensible views that this protracted Guehi saga is a way for Palace to save face and not look like #NUFC are mugging them off as the bigger club (which we obviously are). Makes sense, fully expect (pray) that this gets done ✔️

Other place meltdown in full flow over Miggy from #NUFC to Charlotte FC collapsing over them not meeting our valuation. I’m probably the only one, but fully support the club sticking to their price, whilst also praying he has a change of heart and decides Saudi is the place to be

Phil McNulty (McNumpty) of the BBC has predicted #NUFC to finish 9th!?! Obvs I’m biased but can’t see us below 5/6th worst case and probably 4th/5th with only a game a week!

Is it just me or has there been an extraordinary amount of supposed “done deals” fallen through this window? Stengs to Charlotte FC being the latest one, which may end up with Miggy leaving #NUFC but I don’t remember seeing anything like this. It’s like Odemwingie over and over again
