I know as a #nudist it seems odd to like clothes but had to share that my awesome new #WrexhamAFC came in the mail today and it’s awesome. I know it’s silly, but I really like the English Football system. It’s a lot of fun. Can waiting for the new season to start in the Championship League.

Went golfing yesterday and woof… there are a lot of cobwebs I need to clear out. But, I had an amazing time and great to get outside again. Also a sign that Syracuse is really warming up because it was 75 outside. Soon the local club will be open and then the amazing summer can begin.

Up to day 5 of going to the gym since I started going again on Monday. It feels really good again and my neck and back pain are almost gone (my family has a little history of a hunch in that area) and when I’ve been in shape in the past it’s gone. Onto day 6, 7 and beyond!
