But yes the smoke sucks. In Calgary we breathe 100s of more smoke hours now than we did just 8 years ago. I assure you literally NOTHING has changed about how we manage forests in that time. People really seem to resist the idea that they are talking about X rather than Y because some wealthy, powerful people decided to keep X in the public eye & suppress discussion of Y. It makes them feel like pawns, being used. But guess what? You're a pawn, being used.
