BlueSky Elders, how do lists play into feeds and do users get notified when I add them to a list? On X, I had a dozen custom lists that were private. Best methods to recreate that?

Time will tell if this remains the case, but the Bluesky community really seems conflict-averse. Hopefully customizable feeds can prevent the algorithm-driven dunks that Twitter was famous for. But then, will that keep Bluesky from becoming famous?
